Dry-air test
A controlled pressure is applied to the enclosure and a sensitive sensor monitors the change to assess sealing.
Four visible phases
Filling, stabilization, leak detection and exhaust are shown on screen with a pressure curve.
Adjustable test recipe
Enter part ID, volume, target pressure, phase times and leakage threshold.
Readout and alarm
Current pressure and leakage change are shown; failed or abnormal tests activate an alert.
Saved test history
Saved results and curves help compare and document tests later.

Before use
ET30 has a lower test-pressure range than ET500. Choose the model and leakage limit according to the battery-enclosure procedure.
