ET500 V2 is a high/low-pressure compatible leak tester designed for sealing tests on NEV battery pack enclosures and liquid cooling systems. It uses compressed air as the medium to pressurize the pack chamber, while high-sensitivity sensors detect pressure changes and determine sealing integrity. The high and low pressure output ports are physically separated to reduce the risk of misoperation, and a built-in air filtration system protects the sensors from moisture and impurities. A one-touch fully automated cycle of pressurization, stabilization and judgment is provided, with real-time pressure curve display, automatic history storage and OTA upgrades.
Pack leak testing
Compressed air as the medium with high-sensitivity sensors detecting pressure changes to determine sealing integrity.
Separated pressure ports
High and low pressure output ports are physically separated — reduces the risk of misoperation and damage.
Built-in air filtration
Removes moisture and impurities from compressed air and protects the sensor system, improving stability and service life.
One-touch standard process
Fully automated cycle of pressurization, stabilization and judgment with auto pressure regulation and exhaust.
