Insulation resistance and AC/DC voltage testing for EV systems.
IRT01 measures insulation resistance and AC/DC voltage on EV systems. Four test voltages and three measurement modes support checks according to the vehicle maker’s procedure.

Key benefits
Four test voltages
Choose voltage according to the vehicle maker’s procedure.
Three test modes
Comparison, continuous or timed testing.
Clear display
Backlit 5-inch LCD screen.
Workshop functions
Insulation testing
Select 500, 1000, 2500 or 5000 V test voltage. The available resistance range depends on the selected voltage.
Three test modes
Comparison against a threshold, continuous testing and timed testing cover different service procedures.
Voltage checks
Besides resistance, the instrument measures DC and AC voltage up to 600 V within its specified ranges.
Display and warnings
A backlit 5-inch LCD shows results; warnings indicate high voltage, low resistance and out-of-range values.
Portable use
A rechargeable battery and automatic power-off after 15 minutes of inactivity support work away from a fixed station.
