EP865 V2.0 is a purpose-built system for maintaining battery packs of electric and hybrid vehicles. It supports charging and discharging both through the vehicle port and on detached packs and modules, with broad BMS protocol support. Multi-channel data acquisition (up to 120 voltage and 20 temperature channels) and a built-in battery health algorithm automatically generate an SOH report, while Expert and General modes serve both engineers and beginners. The system is compatible with Ni-MH, NMC, LFP and LTO batteries, with real-time graphical data display, data export and OTA upgrades.

SOH health assessment

Built-in battery health algorithm automatically generates a state-of-health (SOH) report after a full charge/discharge cycle.

One device for module and pack

The same unit works with both modules and full packs — no equipment swapping or extra cost.

Multi-channel acquisition

Up to 120 cell voltage channels and 20 temperature channels for comprehensive monitoring of cell status distribution.

BMS communication

Expanded diagnostic module with BMS communication enables pack testing and parameter reading without disassembly.
