SmartSafe TTM-313 helps workshops assess tire tread condition with a handheld laser measuring device. Choose a scan across the tread or a single-groove measurement, then document the results together with tire information and photographs. Wear analysis and maintenance recommendations support a clear explanation of the findings to the customer.
Two measurement modes
Measure across the tread or check an individual groove, with accuracy up to 0.1 mm.
Inspection on the vehicle
Measure without removing the tire or lifting the vehicle on compatible models.
DOT and tire records
Scan the DOT code to identify the production date and enter or recognize tire specification information.
Digital inspection reports
Combine depth measurements, wear analysis, estimated braking distance and service recommendations in a report.
Photos with the results
Take tire photographs and include them in the inspection report.
Connected reporting
Support for the LAUNCH cloud report system, QR sharing and report viewing or printing through compatible smart terminals.
